The effective institutions are distinguished by having a deep vision which draws the best way for achieving its goals which is also one of the elements which leads to success. The UAE - Society of Engineers Board of Directors were keen on setting up a vision and determining the goals which can achieve this vision. The necessity to specify the objectives and putting them into an operating plane came to the scene in order to specify the means, the time, schedules and implementation bodies. It was also necessary to insert the Gulf objectives which are considered as a natural extension to us and strategic depth for our society.

We cannot disregard this rapid changes which the UAE witness these days in all fields and our effective role and our benefit provided by this renaissance through offering opportunities and capabilities which we have to invest and capture to upgrade our society and to provide to our homeland what it deserves. Plans are only some papers unless we offer our efforts and time to realize it then we can dream and say we have a dream and a vision working to achieve it to be a reality.
