UAE - Society of Engineers has created the center for training and development which strive to develop the skills of the engineers for the development of private and government sectors, which give them the need of the market for technician expertise in some fields. The center is trying to aim towards best engineering practices in the UAE and develop the engineers and technician newly graduate from the universities through out the UAE.

Center for training and development organizing conferences and seminars and work shops suggested by different technical committees working under the UAE Society of Engineers. The center will produce a special program in training and developing the engineering skills from the newly graduate of universities and institutes in the UAE with cooperation of private sector and government sector in all engineering fields.

The center is also planning to organize seminars, conferences and courses in all engineering fields using the highly database program to employ newly graduates in order to have a very private services which supports all Engineers in the UAE society of Engineers.
